Esmeralda and Frank

Let me be the first to introduce you to Esmerelda and Frank! My two new Halloween friends. They even have twins that live at my mom's house. Not sure what their names are though. These two lovelies come from a pattern by Indygo Junction called Freaky Friends. I'm not going to tell you how long I have had it or how old these two lovelies are but the pattern might not be around anymore?

A few years ago I made Esmerelda and she happily adorned our house that Halloween but was lonely. So enter Frank, I just finished him and his twin brother last week. Like I said he went to my mom's as her late Christmas present, no I am not THAT prepared. But now I have to come up with something awesome for this year. Any ideas?

Check out all those yoyo's! YES both of their arms AND legs are yoyo's, and remember their twins? Well I am in denial because I want to forget how many times I poked myself with a needle. If you ever need to make yoyo's, buy a yoyo maker. They are worth EVERY penny.

Currently these two friends sit on this chair just inside the front door and great all who enter. Notice the quilt in the background? I want a fun Halloween one now, LOL to take that place, or on the couch or... Needless to say I see a problem in my future and bought the fabric to prove it.  Coming soon, a new quilt... and a small pillow :)
